Job Title: Retail Sales Manager – IT Products

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Retail Sales Manager with a strong background in the IT product sector to lead and expand our retail and channel partner network. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing retail operations, channel partner relationships, and retail sales strategies for technology products such as laptops, peripherals, networking equipment, and accessories.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets across retail and channel partner segments.

Manage and grow relationships with retail partners, distributors, resellers, and key retail outlets.

Identify and onboard new channel partners to increase product reach and market share.

Drive sell-through at retail outlets via training, merchandising, and promotional activities.

Collaborate with marketing teams to launch new products and run localised marketing campaigns.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales approach.

Ensure optimal product visibility, display, and availability at retail points.

Analyze sales data and provide regular reports on performance, forecast, and opportunities.

Lead a team of sales executives or promoters, ensuring performance tracking and motivation.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.

5–8 years of proven experience in retail sales management within the IT hardware/products industry.

Strong network of retail and channel partners in the consumer IT space.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and manage retail operations.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
