Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and articulate Customer Support Associate to manage inbound interactions for our international clientele. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong customer-handling capabilities, and prior experience in an international B2C voice support environment.
This role requires professionalism, empathy, attention to detail, and the ability to provide prompt and effective resolutions while maintaining a superior customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
· Handle inbound customer calls in a professional and customer-focused manner
· Resolve customer inquiries related to orders, products, payments, shipping, returns, and delivery updates
· Provide accurate product and service information while maintaining brand standards
· Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a positive customer experience and high satisfaction levels
· Coordinate with internal departments, including operations, logistics, and fulfilment teams for timely issue resolution
· Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and resolutions in CRM systems
· Adhere to company policies, communication guidelines, and quality standards
· Meet defined service metrics, including response time, call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets
· Escalate complex customer concerns appropriately while ensuring timely follow-up and resolution
· Demonstrate empathy, patience, and professionalism during customer interactions
Requirements:
· 2+ years of experience in customer support, preferably in an international voice process
· Mandatory experience in B2C customer support international process.
· Excellent verbal English communication and active listening skills
· Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities
· Ability to communicate effectively with international customers and understand diverse accents
· Strong multitasking and organizational capabilities
· Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
· Comfortable working in rotational/night shifts aligned with US EST timings
· Self-disciplined and capable of working independently in a remote setup
· Strong attention to detail and customer-first mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree/Graduation in any discipline is mandatory
· Previous experience in voice-based customer support or client servicing is preferred
· Familiarity with CRM platforms, ticketing systems, and customer support tools
· Experience supporting customers from the USA and Canada
· Ability to manage escalations and challenging customer situations professionally
· Strong time-management and follow-up skills
