Platione is a B2B SaaS platform built for Indian SMEs that combines CRM + Marketplace + AI-ready business profiles. We help manufacturers, distributors, and service businesses get more enquiries, manage customers better, and grow digitally — without complex tools.
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced, street-smart B2B sales professional who can own the full sales cycle end-to-end — from lead generation to demo, follow-ups, negotiation, and closure.
This is a high-commission, performance-driven role with a stable base salary, meant for someone who believes in selling value, not discounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end sales for Platione CRM & Marketplace
- Generate leads through:
- Field visits (industrial areas, SME clusters)
- References, networking, cold outreach
- Events, exhibitions, and partnerships
- Conduct product demos (online + in-person)
- Understand SME pain points (Excel chaos, no follow-ups, no visibility)
- Close deals with monthly revenue target of ₹5L+
- Maintain pipeline and updates in CRM (yes, our own)
- Coordinate with onboarding & support for smooth handover
- Collect market feedback and customer objections
Target Customers
- Manufacturers, Distributors, Traders
- B2B Service Providers
- SMEs with 2–50 employees
- Pune, PCMC, Chakan, Bhosari, MIDC belts
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 2–5 years of B2B sales experience
- Prior experience selling:
- CRM / SaaS / ERP / Marketplace / IT services
- Tech-comfortable (can understand software, explain value)
- Comfortable with:
- Field sales
- Cold conversations
- Negotiation & follow-ups
- Strong communication in English, Hindi, Marathi
- Hunger > pedigree (startup mindset)
Compensation Structure (Indicative)
- Base Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
- Commission: 5%–10%
- On Target Earnings (OTE): ₹25,000 – ₹50,000+/month
- Performance bonuses on consistent closures
