Job Title: Social Media Marketing Executive

We are looking for a creative and analytical Social Media Marketing Executive to build brand awareness, drive engagement, and grow our presence across social platforms.
Plan, create, and schedule content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.).
Develop and execute monthly social media calendars and campaigns.
Write engaging captions, copy, and basic creative briefs for designers.
Manage paid social campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and optimize for ROI.
Monitor, respond to, and engage with the online community.
Track and report on key metrics (reach, engagement, followers, conversions).
Stay updated on trends, algorithm changes, and competitor activity.
Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to align messaging.
1–3 years of experience in social media marketing.
Hands-on experience with scheduling and analytics tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
Working knowledge of paid social advertising.
Strong writing, communication, and creative skills.
Basic understanding of graphic/video tools (Canva, CapCut, or similar) is a plus.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and improve performance.
Experience with influencer marketing and collaborations.
Knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
Familiarity with design/video editing software.
