Basic Functions:
To lead and manage end-to-end operations across Production, Purchase, EXIM, Warehouse & Inventory, and Facility & Maintenance and Supply chain management , ensuring efficient, compliant, and cost-effective business operations. The role is responsible for driving operational excellence, optimizing resources, and aligning all functional activities with organizational goals.
Accountable For:
- Overall operational performance across Production, Purchase, EXIM, Warehouse & Inventory, Supply chain management and Facility & Maintenance
- Achievement of production targets in terms of quantity, quality, and timelines
- Effective inventory control and maintaining optimal stock levels
- Ensuring uninterrupted supply of raw materials and efficient procurement processes
- Compliance with EXIM regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies
- Maintenance and uptime of plant, machinery, and facility infrastructure
- Cost control, budgeting, and improving operational efficiency
- Implementation and adherence to QMS, safety, and regulatory standards
General Duties:
- Drive cross-functional coordination between departments for seamless operations
- Ensure compliance with QMS, regulatory, and safety standards
- Monitor budgets, control costs, and improve operational efficiency
- Identify process gaps and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Lead, mentor, and develop teams across functions
- Prepare and present MIS reports and operational metrics to management
- Support business expansion and scalability initiatives
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelors/ Masters degree in Science, Chemistry, Pharmaceuticals, Biology, Engineering, or related field
- Experience: More than 5 years of experience in operations/manufacturing, with exposure to multi-functional roles
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management
- Expertise in production planning, supply chain, and inventory control
- Knowledge of EXIM regulations and compliance
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Familiarity with QMS and regulatory standards
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
