We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Head Cake & Pastry Chef to lead our bakery production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing cake and pastry production, maintaining quality standards, innovating new products, and managing kitchen operations efficiently across our outlets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the cake & pastry production team
- Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of all products
- Develop new recipes, seasonal menus, and trending cake designs
- Monitor daily production planning and output across branches
- Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards
- Train and supervise junior chefs and kitchen staff
- Control food costs, wastage, and inventory usage
- Coordinate with management for demand forecasting and supply planning
- Ensure timely delivery of products to all
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef / Senior Pastry Chef / Cake Master
- Strong expertise in cakes, pastries, desserts, and bakery production
- Creative mindset with knowledge of trending designs and flavors
- Leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen operations
