Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through field visits and references.
- Meet homeowners, commercial establishments, and business owners to promote rooftop solar systems.
- Explain product features, government subsidies, and financing options to customers.
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with the technical team.
- Follow up with customers until project confirmation.
- Maintain daily visit reports and sales updates.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
Eligibility
- Freshers can also apply.
- Experience in Field Sales, Marketing, Banking, Insurance, Telecom, or Solar Industry is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Passion for sales and willingness to travel within the assigned area.
- Basic smartphone and computer knowledge.
