About the Program
We are launching an Innovation & Technology Bootcamp for government school students (Grades 6–8) across India. The program aims to foster innovation, problem-solving, and technical skills by enabling students to build real-world technology-based projects.
Role Overview
We are looking for Thinking Coaches with hands-on experience in embedded systems, electronics, and prototyping to mentor students in developing technology-based projects during school visits.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy mentoring young learners and have practical experience working with hardware, sensors, and microcontrollers.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned government schools and mentor students in developing technology-based projects.
- Guide students in understanding concepts, selecting components, and building working prototypes.
- Support students in testing, troubleshooting, and refining their projects.
- Ensure an engaging, hands-on learning experience throughout the program.
- Coordinate with the project team for smooth implementation and reporting.
Technical Skills Required
Candidates must have prior hands-on experience with one or more of the following:
- Arduino Uno
- ESP32 / ESP8266
- Raspberry Pi
- Microcontrollers
- IoT-based projects
- Robotics
- Electronic sensors and modules
- Basic electronics and circuit building
- Coding for embedded systems
- 3D Printing / Tinkercad (Preferred)
Note: This role requires practical implementation experience. Candidates who have only theoretical knowledge may not be suitable.
Eligibility
- Freshers with relevant project experience are welcome to apply.
- Final-year Engineering/Diploma students with practical exposure may also apply.
- Prior experience in robotics, IoT, embedded systems, or hardware-based projects is mandatory.
- Proficiency in the regional language of the assigned location is essential.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
