Key Responsibility
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, machines, and equipment.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical panels, motors, and control systems.
- Inspect wiring, switches, circuit breakers, transformers, and other electrical components.
- Ensure proper functioning of PLC-based machines, sensors, and electrical controls (if applicable).
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Maintain electrical records, maintenance logs, and equipment history.
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for timely machine repairs.
- Install and commission new electrical equipment and machinery.
- Monitor power consumption and suggest energy-saving improvements.
- Maintain inventory of electrical spare parts and tools.
- Respond promptly to emergency electrical breakdowns.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and follow 5S practices in the electrical maintenance area.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and use appropriate PPE while performing electrical work.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with motors, VFDs, MCC panels, and control circuits.
- Basic understanding of PLC troubleshooting.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work in shifts and handle emergency maintenance.
- Knowledge of electrical safety standards and preventive maintenance practices.
- Perform electrical panel wiring, control panel assembly, cable termination, and panel troubleshooting as per electrical drawings and specifications.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
