Qualification : Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field. Additional knowledge of degree of CS preferred.
Professional certifications (e.g., Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional, Certified Information Privacy Professional) a plus.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager of Legal and Compliance to join our team and ensure that our operations remain compliant with all applicable laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understanding of WYH business & ensure all applicable laws are complied
Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations
- Contract Management: Drafting, review, and negotiation of contracts and other legal documents. Ensure that contracts comply with legal requirements and protect the company's interests.
- Communicate and negotiate with external parties (regulators, external counsel, public authority etc.), creating relations of trust
- ROC compliances, Corporate Governance, Draft various resolutions, minutes as per companies act
- Knowledge of Labour Laws, Companies Act, international ventures
- Specify internal governance policies and regularly monitor compliance
- Risk Management: Identify and assess potential legal and compliance risks to the company. Develop strategies to mitigate risks and ensure that appropriate controls are in place to prevent compliance violations.
Training and Education: Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on legal and compliance matters. Promote a culture of compliance throughout the organization.
External Relationships: Manage relationships with external advisors, regulatory agencies, and other relevant stakeholders.
