What You’ll Do
- Manage end-to-end holiday operations for domestic and international bookings
- Coordinate with hotels, DMCs, transport providers, and other suppliers
- Ensure timely issuance of vouchers, confirmations, and travel documents
- Maintain and update CRM accurately with all booking stages and follow-ups
- Track each booking from confirmation to completion to ensure smooth execution
- Handle customer queries related to itinerary, vouchers, and travel updates
- Resolve operational issues and supplier-related challenges promptly
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs, processes, and service standards
- Verify booking accuracy before final confirmation and travel execution
- Coordinate visa documentation support (where applicable)
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports and operational records
- Support sales team with feasibility checks and operational inputs
- Monitor service quality and ensure customer satisfaction throughout journey
We’re Looking For A Person Who Can
- Build and maintain strong relationships with DMCs and suppliers
- Follow up proactively with suppliers for confirmations and upgrades
- Coordinate emergency support during travel disruptions or last-minute changes
- Ensure proper communication between sales, operations, and suppliers
- Assist in improving operational processes and efficiency
- Maintain accuracy in costing support and booking documentation
Required Skils
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Good knowledge of domestic and international travel operations

- Ability to multitask and manage multiple bookings simultaneously

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
