About the Role
We are looking for an experienced BIM Manager with strong expertise in Revit and BIM management to lead BIM implementation, coordination, and delivery across architectural and multidisciplinary projects.
The candidate will be responsible for establishing BIM standards, managing project models, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring that BIM deliverables meet project requirements and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee BIM implementation across multiple projects.
- Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEP), BIM standards, workflows, and project protocols.
- Manage and coordinate Revit models for large-scale architectural projects.
- Establish and maintain project templates, families, shared parameters, worksets, and modelling standards.
- Lead BIM coordination between Architecture, Structure, MEP, and other disciplines.
- Conduct regular model reviews, clash detection, and quality checks.
- Ensure models comply with project-specific BIM standards, LOD requirements, and client requirements.
- Monitor model health, performance, accuracy, and data consistency.
- Manage BIM deliverables and ensure timely submission as per project schedules.
- Coordinate with Project Architects, Design Managers, Engineers, Consultants, and BIM teams.
- Provide technical guidance and training to Revit/BIM team members.
- Identify workflow improvements and implement BIM best practices.
- Troubleshoot Revit and BIM-related technical issues.
- Support project teams in developing complex architectural models and documentation.
- Maintain BIM libraries, Revit families, templates, and project standards.
- Participate in BIM coordination meetings with clients and consultants when required.
- Prepare BIM reports, model audit reports, and coordination reports.
Required Technical Skills
- Advanced knowledge of Autodesk Revit – Architecture.
- Strong understanding of BIM workflows and methodologies.
- Experience in managing large and complex Revit models.
- Good understanding of LOD, BEP, BIM standards, model federation, and information management.
- Experience in multidisciplinary BIM coordination.
- Knowledge of Navisworks for clash detection and coordination.
- Familiarity with ACC / BIM Collaborate Pro / Autodesk Construction Cloud is preferred.
- Knowledge of Revit worksharing, linked models, worksets, shared coordinates, and collaboration workflows.
- Ability to develop and manage Revit families and templates.
- Knowledge of BIM standards such as ISO 19650 will be an advantage.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Relevant BIM/Revit certification will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 8–12+ years of relevant professional experience in BIM/Revit.
- Minimum8+ years of experience in a BIM management/leadership role preferred.
- Experience working on large-scale residential, commercial, hospitality, high-rise, or mixed-use projects will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,192.34 - ₹93,427.79 per month
