Job Role: Commis ChefResponsibilities:
- Assist in preparation and plating of dishes
- Maintain kitchen hygiene & food safety standards
- Support chefs during service hours
- Basic knowledge of kitchen operations & prep work
- Ensure consistency in taste and presentation
- Work efficiently as part of the kitchen team
Requirements:
- Passion for cooking & learning
- Basic kitchen experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude & teamwork
- Interest in Italian cuisine is a plus
