Hiring: Assistant Store Manager – Jockey Store
Location: Shree Mahalasa & Co. (Jockey), Navin Nagar Road, Near PNG Jewellers, Sangamner – 422605
Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000/month (Based on Interview Performance & Experience)
Weekly Off:
- First 3 Months: 2 Week Offs/Month
- After 3 Months: 4 Week Offs/Month

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily store operations
- Manage and motivate the sales team
- Ensure excellent customer service
- Achieve sales targets
- Maintain inventory and stock
- Handle billing, cash, and store reports
- Ensure visual merchandising and store cleanliness
Requirements:
- Graduate preferred
- 1–3 years of retail/store management experience
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Basic computer knowledge
