We MK Gupta & Co are hiring a candidates who have a minimum 5 years experience in same field.
Job Summary: Responsible for overall management, maintenance, operation, and deployment of all construction machinery and equipment at project sites to ensure zero breakdown and optimum utilization.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Equipment Management
- In-charge of all equipment - Excavator, JCB, Hydra, Crane, Batching Plant, Transit Mixer, Roller, Piling Rig, DG Sets.
- Maintain daily equipment deployment chart & log book.
- Ensure proper utilization and fuel efficiency.
Maintenance & Repair
- Plan and execute Preventive, Breakdown & Scheduled Maintenance.
- Coordinate with mechanics, electricians, operators for quick repair.
- Maintain spare parts inventory and raise indents in advance.
- Keep records of servicing, oil change, filter change, greasing.
Manpower Handling
- Manage team of operators, drivers, helpers and mechanics.
- Check operator license, conduct safety training and toolbox talks.
- Prepare duty rosters and attendance.
Cost Control
- Control fuel, spare parts, and repair costs.
- Identify idle machinery and suggest inter-site transfer.
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of all heavy construction equipment
- Good in troubleshooting - Hydraulic, Mechanical, Electrical
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Log sheets, ERP
- Strong leadership & manpower handling
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
