Job Description
DKT infra is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Logistics Backend Executive to support daily logistics and supply chain operations. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating shipments, maintaining records, tracking deliveries, and ensuring smooth backend operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with transporters, vendors, and warehouse teams for timely dispatch and delivery.
- Track shipments and update delivery status in the system.
- Prepare and maintain logistics documentation, invoices, PODs, and dispatch records.
- Monitor order processing and ensure accurate data entry.
- Resolve operational issues related to shipments and deliveries.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly logistics reports.
- Maintain MIS records and update management on operational performance.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Requirements
- 6 Months to 2 Years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or Backend Support.
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and data management.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of logistics software, ERP, or transport management systems.
- Experience in shipment tracking and documentation.
- Basic understanding of supply chain operations.
