Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct sales services and product training sessions for new hires and existing employees.
- Develop training materials, presentations, and learning modules.
- Monitor employee performance and identify training needs.
- Provide coaching on sales pitch, objection handling, communication, and customer interaction.
- Conduct refresher training sessions to improve team productivity.
- Coordinate with team leaders and management for performance improvement plans.
- Maintain training reports, attendance, and performance records.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of sales processes and customer handling.
- Ability to motivate and guide employees.
- Good command of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Prior experience in sales training, telesales training, or process training preferred.
