Working Days: Monday to Saturday (No Saturday Off)

Position: Sales Coordinator
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations and ensure smooth coordination between clients, sales, dispatch, and accounts teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with clients for outstanding payments and ensure timely collection
- Process customer orders accurately and coordinate with internal departments for smooth execution
- Manage dispatch coordination and ensure timely delivery of materials
- Maintain regular client engagement for order updates, relationship management, and issue resolution
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and accounts teams for seamless order fulfilment
- Prepare sales-related reports, MIS, and order tracking records
- Support the sales team in daily operational activities
- Ensure proper documentation of orders, invoices, dispatches, and payment follow-ups
Required Skills
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Good knowledge of order processing and dispatch management
- Payment follow-up and client handling experience
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP, and basic reporting
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline (Commerce preferred)
- 2 to 5 years of experience in Sales Coordination / Customer Support / Commercial Operations
- Manufacturing industry experience will be preferred
- Candidate should be based in or near Navi Mumbai
