Job Purpose
To ensure a safe working environment and compliance with all applicable safety and environmental regulations by implementing effective policies, procedures, and monitoring systems across the organization.
Safety Management
- Develop, implement, and monitor workplace safety policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with statutory safety regulations and company standards
- Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments
- Identify hazards and implement preventive and corrective actions
- Investigate accidents/incidents and prepare detailed reports with root cause analysis
- Ensure availability and proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
- Promote a strong safety culture across all departments
- Develop and implement emergency response plans
- Conduct mock drills (fire, evacuation, etc.)
- Ensure readiness of firefighting and emergency equipment
Environmental Management
- Ensure compliance with environmental laws and regulations -PCB coordination
- Monitor waste management, emissions, and pollution control measures
- Implement sustainability and environmental protection initiatives
- Maintain records related to environmental compliance and audits
- Liaise with regulatory authorities for environmental approvals and reporting
- Emergency Preparedness
- Develop and implement emergency response plans
- Conduct mock drills (fire, evacuation, etc.)
- Ensure readiness of firefighting and emergency equipment
Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain all statutory safety and environmental records
- Ensure timely renewal of licenses and certifications
- Prepare reports for management review
F. Coordination
- Work closely with HR, Admin, and Operations teams
- Coordinate with external agencies, auditors, and government authorities
- Support management in implementing EHS initiatives
- Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Environmental Science / Safety Management/Degree
8. Experience
- 3–10 years of experience in Safety & Environment role
- Experience in automotive / manufacturing industry preferred

Pay: ₹19,306.06 - ₹35,000.00 per month
