Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day cafe and bakery operations
- Ensure smooth functioning of front-of-house and kitchen coordination
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards
Team Management
- Hire, train, and supervise staff
- Prepare staff schedules and manage shifts
- Motivate team to deliver excellent customer service
Customer Experience
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally
- Maintain a warm and inviting cafe environment
Inventory & Vendor Management
- Monitor stock levels (ingredients, bakery items, supplies)
- Coordinate with vendors and manage procurement
- Reduce wastage and control costs
Sales & Financial Management
- Track daily sales and prepare reports
- Achieve revenue targets and improve profitability
- Handle billing, cash management, and basic accounting
Quality Control
- Ensure consistency in food, beverages, and bakery products
- Maintain presentation and quality standards
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Cafe Manager / Restaurant Manager
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of coffee, bakery items, and cafe operations
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Basic understanding of POS systems and inventory management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
