Job Title: Admin Executive
Location: Head Office – Jalandhar
Job Summary
We are seeking a Admin Executive to support administrative operations across multiple campuses. The role involves coordinating maintenance activities, vendor follow-ups, monitoring infrastructure requirements, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth functioning of facilities. The candidate should be willing to travel frequently to various campus locations as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor maintenance activities across all campuses.
- Conduct periodic campus visits to assess infrastructure and maintenance requirements.
- Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers for timely completion of work.
- Track and report maintenance requests, repairs, and administrative expenses.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports, trackers, and dashboards using MS Excel.
- Ensure compliance with administrative policies and operational standards.
- Supervise housekeeping, security, and facility-related activities as assigned.
- Follow up on procurement and inventory requirements related to administration.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the Admin Manager.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in Administration, Facilities, or Operations.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, reporting, and data management.
- Strong coordination, supervision, and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across campuses.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Reporting To : Admin Manager
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
