- Visitor Management: Greeting guests, managing the visitor logbook, and directing people to the correct departments.
- Communication Hub: Answering, screening, and forwarding phone calls and handling all incoming/outgoing mail or couriers.
- Administrative Support: Managing appointment calendars, booking meeting rooms, and maintaining an inventory of office supplies.
- Record Keeping: Maintaining physical and digital filing systems, performing data entry, and sometimes assisting with basic bookkeeping or invoicing.
