Key Responsibilities:-
- Installation, commissioning & maintenance of HPLC and analytical instruments.
- Attend breakdowns, troubleshooting & preventive maintenance calls.
- Conduct equipment demos and operator training.
- Perform validation, qualification and calibration support.
- Handle AMC/CMC and service contracts.
- Provide technical support and timely resolution of customer complaints.
- Maintain service reports and equipment records.
- Identify opportunities for spare parts, consumables & service business.
- Coordinate with sales team for technical and customer requirements.
- Visit customers including IITs, NITs, universities, pharma & food companies.
- Travel within assigned territory and other parts of India as required
Qualification:-
B.Tech/B.E can apply.
Freshers can also apply .
Required Skills:-
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Valid driving license preferred.
