Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to OEM/Dealer inquiries regarding water purification spares.
- Prepare and send accurate quotations in line with customer requirements.
- Monitor and ensure the availability of spares by coordinating with the Stores team and process and manage customer orders to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Ensure timely dispatch of spares by closely following up with the Stores.
- Track and maintain records of inquiries, quotations, stock, and dispatches. Follow up with Courier services for timely delivery of spares to OEMs/ Dealers.
- Work cross-functionally to address any delays or operational issues.
- Accurate utilization of CRM and SAP for managing customer interactions, tracking inquiries, and updating records.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 3-5 years of experience in handling OEM/Dealer business, preferably in water purification or a related industry.
- Proficiency in CRM / SAP, Knowledge of MS Office.
- MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
