Deployment Technician | IoT & Technology Deployment
Position: Deployment Technician
Department: Deployment and Tech Implementation
Location: Bangalore – Pan India Travel
Experience: 1–4 Years
About the Role
We are looking for a Deployment Technician to support the installation, deployment, and maintenance of ValetEZ’s technology and IoT-enabled parking solutions across client locations in India. The role involves hands-on technical implementation, site visits, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth go-lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site surveys and assess infrastructure requirements for technology deployment.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot IoT devices, hardware, software, and networking components at client sites.
- Support end-to-end deployment and go-live activities across different locations.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance and coordinate with the central Tech/Deployment team for technical escalations.
- Train on-site teams on the basic operation and usage of deployed systems.
- Maintain deployment reports, service logs, material movement, and site documentation.
- Travel across India for client deployments, installations, maintenance, and project requirements.
What We’re Looking For
- ITI / Diploma / Graduate with 1–4 years of experience in field service, technical installation, IoT, or deployment.
- Basic understanding of networking, IoT devices, low-voltage systems, or automation.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel Pan-India and work flexible hours during deployments and go-lives.
- Good communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
