About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and target-oriented Admission Counsellor for our B.Tech programs. The candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students and parents through the admission process, providing detailed information about courses, eligibility criteria, entrance requirements, and career opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, walk-ins, and online admission inquiries.
- Provide accurate information regarding B.Tech specializations (CSE, Mechanical, Civil, ECE, etc.).
- Counsel students and parents about course structure, fees, scholarships, and career prospects.
- Follow up with leads and ensure admission conversion.
- Maintain student database and update CRM regularly.
- Coordinate with the marketing and academic team for admission drives.
- Achieve monthly admission targets and generate revenue.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation ability.
- Knowledge of B.Tech programs and technical education preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate / Postgraduate (any discipline).
- 1–3 years of experience in education counselling or admissions (Engineering college experience preferred).
