Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced ELV BIM Modeler with 3–8 years of experience in BIM modeling of ELV systems for commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects. The candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed 3D BIM models, shop drawings, and coordination models for ELV systems.
Key Responsibilities
BIM Modeling
- Develop detailed ELV BIM models using
- Autodesk Revit andAutoCAD.
- Model ELV systems such as:
- CCTV systems
- Access control systems
- Public address systems
- Fire alarm systems
- Structured cabling and data networksCoordination & Clash Detection
- Coordinate ELV models with Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing systems.
- Perform clash detection using
- Autodesk Navisworks.
- Participate in BIM coordination meetings.Drawing & Documentation
- Prepare:
- Shop drawings
- Layout drawings
- Riser diagrams
- As-built drawings
- Maintain BIM documentation standards and project guidelines.
Technical Support
- Support design engineers in model development.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and client standards.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of ELV systems and BIM modeling
- Proficiency in
- Autodesk Revit
- AutoCAD
- Autodesk Navisworks
- Understanding of MEP coordination
- Knowledge of cable tray routing and conduit layout
- Ability to interpret MEP drawings and specifications
Qualification
- Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in:
- Electrical Engineering
- Electronics & Communication
- Instrumentation
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
