Auram Astra is looking for an experienced and versatile Senior Hair Dresser (Unisex) to join our salon team. We need a true all-rounder stylist who is confident and skilled at working with Unisex clients across our full range of hair services.
Responsibilities:
- Provide haircuts, styling, and grooming services for both men and women
- Perform hair coloring, highlights, balayage, and other chemical treatments
- Carry out hair spa, smoothening, straightening, and keratin treatments
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable styles
- Stay updated with the latest hair trends, techniques, and products
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and proper sanitization of tools and workstation
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business
- Guide and mentor junior stylists and trainees when required
- Manage appointments efficiently and ensure minimal client waiting time
Requirements:
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience as a hair dresser/stylist, handling Unisex clients
- Strong expertise in cutting, coloring, and styling techniques for all hair types
- Certification from a recognized hair styling academy preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a team and handle a fast-paced salon environment
- Willingness to work on weekends and holidays as per salon requirements
