Experience : 1 to 5 Years
Qualification :
Diploma / B.E. in Plastic Engineering
Diploma / B.E. in Polymer Engineering
Diploma / B.E. in Chemical Engineering
Salary :₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance)
Working Hours : Day Shift (8–10 Hours) / Saturday Weekly Off
Key Responsibilities :
Assist in the development of new products, materials, and manufacturing processes.
Conduct trials, experiments, and product testing for new product development (NPD).
Support formulation development and process optimization for plastic, polymer, and composite products.
Prepare technical reports, test results, and development documentation.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Design, and Purchase teams during product development.
Evaluate raw materials and recommend suitable alternatives for improved product performance and cost optimization.
Assist in prototype development, validation, and product performance evaluation.
Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company standards, customer specifications, and applicable quality requirements.
Maintain R&D records, samples, and documentation in an organized manner.
Required Skills :
Basic knowledge of Plastic, Polymer, or Chemical Engineering principles.
Understanding of product development and manufacturing processes.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of material testing and quality evaluation techniques.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Proficiency in MS Office for documentation and reporting.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to learn and contribute to innovation initiatives.
