- Strong communication and coordination skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in designing, organizing, and scheduling internal training programs and workshops.
- Support the creation of learning materials, presentations, and e-learning modules.
- Maintain and update training records and databases (LMS or Excel).
- Coordinate with trainers, vendors, and employees for session logistics.
- Help analyze training feedback and prepare reports on program effectiveness.
- Support onboarding sessions for new employees.
- Research new learning methods, trends, and technologies to improve training programs.
- Provide administrative support for learning events and initiatives.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
