The HR Recruiter is responsible for attracting, sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates to meet the organization's staffing needs. The role involves managing the full recruitment cycle, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience while maintaining compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Create and post job advertisements on job boards, social media, and company career portals.
- Source candidates through various channels, including databases, referrals, networking, and professional platforms.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
- Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Perform reference checks and background verification as required.
- Prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and diversity hiring initiatives.
- Participate in employer branding and recruitment events such as job fairs and campus drives.
- Generate recruitment reports and provide hiring updates to management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR operations.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes, interview techniques, and employment regulations.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
