- Plan and execute ATL campaigns including newspaper ads, hoardings, radio, digital promotions, cinema branding, and outdoor advertising for township projects.
- Handle BTL activities such as site activation and local promotional events.
- Organize project launch events, customer meets, broker/channel partner meets, exhibitions, and property fairs.
- Coordinate with creative agencies, media partners, printers, vendors, and event agencies for campaign execution.
- Develop marketing strategies to generate leads and increase footfall at project sites.
- Ensure proper branding and visibility across project locations, sales offices, and promotional sites.
- Manage marketing budgets and optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Track campaign performance, lead conversion, and ROI analysis.
- Support sales teams with marketing collaterals, presentations, brochures, and promotional material.
- Maintain strong relationships with media houses, influencers, and channel partners.
- Ensure timely execution of all promotional activities as per brand guidelines.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
