JOB Description:
1. handling inbound calls
2. handling inbound customer queries related to shipments
3. Understanding the customer issues clearly and guide them properly with customer centric approach.
Skills:
· Good English communication skills (verbal / written).
· Soft skills and convincing skills
· Knowledge in customer service
· Knowledge in MS office.
Must be target oriented.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
