Key Responsibilities:
- Handle manufacturing of cosmetic and personal care products as per approved formulations.
- Monitor batch preparation, mixing, filling, and production activities.
- Ensure proper usage of raw materials and maintain batch manufacturing records.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and R&D teams for smooth manufacturing processes.
- Maintain GMP, hygiene, and safety standards on the production floor.
- Perform in-process quality checks during manufacturing.
- Troubleshoot formulation or production-related issues and take corrective actions.
- Monitor machine operations and ensure production targets are achieved on time.
- Maintain production documentation and daily manufacturing reports.
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards and regulatory guidelines.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of cosmetic formulations and manufacturing processes.
- Understanding of GMP and quality standards.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle production planning and batch processing.
- Basic knowledge of documentation and reporting.
Qualification:
- B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Pharmacy, or related field.
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 (Depending on experience & interview)
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
