- Sandeep Enterprises is a leading authorized dealer for Elgi Air Compressors and ATS Elgi Workshop Equipment, serving industries and automotive workshops across North Bengal. With over 30 years of experience, we are expanding our service division and looking for a dynamic leader to head our team.
Role Overview:
- We are seeking a Service Manager / Head of Service to lead a growing team of service engineers, coordinators, and office support staff. The role involves managing service operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving service revenue through AMC renewals, spare parts, and repair jobs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a service team of 20 (long‑term).
- Plan and monitor preventive maintenance schedules, AMC commitments, and breakdown calls.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Drive service revenue and maintain strong client relationships.
- Coordinate with Elgi & ATS Elgi for warranty and technical support.
- Prepare monthly service performance reports.
- Conduct training sessions for engineers on product updates and safety standards.
Candidate Profile
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- 5–10 years of service management experience (industrial equipment, compressors, or automotive workshop tools preferred).
- Strong leadership, customer handling, scheduling, and technical troubleshooting skills.
- Proactive, organized, and customer‑focused.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month.
