Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Carrier Relationship Manager with a strong network of U.S. trucking companies, owner-operators, and dispatchers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, onboarding, negotiating with, and managing carrier relationships for Over-the-Road (OTR) and Intermodal/Drayage operations. This role requires extensive knowledge of the U.S. transportation market, carrier compliance, and freight capacity management.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, expand, and maintain a reliable network of U.S. trucking companies and carriers.
- Recruit, qualify, and onboard new carriers to support freight operations.
- Develop long-term relationships with owner-operators, small fleets, and large trucking companies.
- Source capacity for various equipment types, including:
- Dry Van
- Reefer
- Flatbed
- Power Only
- Intermodal/Drayage
- Specialized Equipment
- Negotiate competitive freight rates while ensuring service quality and profitability.
- Verify carrier compliance, insurance, FMCSA authority, safety ratings, and required documentation.
- Coordinate carrier onboarding through platforms such as RMIS, Highway, Carrier Assure, MCP, and other compliance tools.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date carrier database and performance records.
- Build dedicated carrier capacity for key U.S. freight lanes and major ports.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and Dispatch teams to ensure seamless freight movement.
- Monitor carrier performance, resolve operational issues, and maintain high service standards.
- Stay informed about U.S. transportation market trends, pricing, and capacity conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in U.S. freight brokerage, carrier sales, or carrier relationship management.
- Strong existing network of U.S. trucking companies and carrier contacts.
- Hands-on experience managing OTR and Intermodal/Drayage operations.
- In-depth understanding of U.S. transportation regulations, freight markets, and major ports.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
