Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Academic Counsellor to guide prospective students in selecting suitable courses and career paths. The candidate will be responsible for handling inquiries, counselling students, and supporting the admission process.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and counsel prospective students through phone calls, emails, and online meetings.
- Explain course details, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and applications.
- Address student queries and provide timely support.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Achieve monthly counselling and admission targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in counselling, sales, telecalling, or customer support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
- Strong convincing and follow-up skills.
