Job Summary
One World International School (OWIS) is looking for a creative and proactive Communication & Content Executive to develop engaging content showcasing the school's academics, student achievements, campus activities, events, and overall school life. The role involves content creation, digital communication, social media coordination, and collaboration with academic, admissions, and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging content for social media, website, newsletters, blogs, brochures, and marketing materials.
- Develop stories around student achievements, classroom activities, projects, events, and campus life.
- Coordinate with teachers and academic teams to identify relevant content opportunities.
- Work with the central marketing/social media team to ensure timely content delivery.
- Support social media communication and maintain consistent brand messaging.
- Create and coordinate content for school events, celebrations, and promotional activities.
- Support the admissions team with content for parent engagement and school visibility.
- Proofread and edit content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and manage multiple content deadlines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, English, Marketing, PR, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in content writing, communications, digital marketing, branding, or social media.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong storytelling ability.
- Good understanding of social media platforms and digital content trends.
- Strong proofreading, editing, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic content creation tools.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage deadlines effectively.
