Job Description
We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller to join our sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to contact potential clients, introduce our website development services, understand their business needs, and schedule meetings or close sales.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to businesses and potential customers.
- Explain our website design and development services.
- Generate qualified leads and follow up with prospects.
- Answer customer questions and handle objections professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and web development teams when required.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of websites, digital marketing, or IT services is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools are an advantage.
