Stichwell Exports Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a talented and creative Leather Goods Designer with hands-on experience in designing and developing Leather Bags, Wallets, Card Holders, Travel Accessories, and Small Leather Goods (SLG) for domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop Leather Bags, Wallets, Card Holders, Travel Accessories, and SLG products.
- Create new product concepts based on buyer requirements and international trends.
- Develop sketches, specifications, and product development sheets.
- Work closely with Pattern Masters, Sample Department, Merchandising, and Production Teams.
- Select suitable leather, linings, fittings, hardware, zippers, and trims.
- Support sample development from concept to approval stage.
- Research market trends, colours, materials, and product innovations.
- Develop commercially viable and production-friendly products.
- Support buyer-specific developments and seasonal collections.
Desired Skills
- Strong understanding of Leather Bags & Wallet Construction
- Knowledge of leather types, fittings, hardware, and finishing techniques
- Experience in sample development and product execution
- Creative thinking with strong attention to detail
- Good communication and team coordination skills
- Software Knowledge (Preferred)
- CorelDRAW
- Adobe Illustrator
- Photoshop
- AutoCAD or similar software
Experience Required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Leather Bags, Wallets, or Small Leather Goods Design.
- Experience in Leather Export Houses will be an added advantage.
