Role Overview
We are looking for highly motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executives (BDEs) to join our remote sales team. This is a sales target–driven role where performance directly impacts earnings and growth.
The selected candidate will be responsible for achieving monthly sales targets by generating leads, pitching the company’s digital magazine projects, sending proposals, and closing deals end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently
- Identify, research, and source potential clients through online platforms
- Generate, qualify, and convert leads into confirmed projects
- Communicate with prospects via professional emails, calls, and virtual meetings
- Pitch the company’s digital magazine offerings confidently and persuasively
- Prepare, send, and follow up on proposals using Outlook
- Negotiate terms and close deals within defined timelines
- Maintain lead trackers, sales reports, and client databases
- Ensure smooth handover of closed projects to internal teams
Required Skills & Qualifications
Good command of spoken and written English
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience or knowledge of email writing and professional communication
Familiarity with MS Outlook and basic computer applications
Ability to perform data research, data finding, and lead generation
Basic understanding of sales, client handling, and deal closure
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven attitude
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
Work From Home Guidelines
Candidate must have a personal laptop or desktop
A stable internet connection is mandatory
Ability to work independently in a remote setup
Availability during assigned working hours

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
