Position -School Admission Counsellor
Job Summary
The School Admission Counsellor is responsible for managing the student admission process, guiding prospective parents and students, promoting the school's programs, and ensuring a smooth enrollment experience. The role requires excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills to achieve admission targets while maintaining a positive image of the school.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective parents and students regarding the school's curriculum, facilities, admission process, and fee structure.
- Handle admission inquiries through phone calls, emails, walk-ins, and online platforms.
- Conduct campus tours and explain the school's values, academic programs, and extracurricular activities.
- Follow up with prospective families to convert inquiries into admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, applications, and admissions using CRM or admission management systems.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative departments to ensure a seamless admission process.
- Organize and participate in admission events, open houses, education fairs, and promotional activities.
- Prepare admission reports and track enrollment targets.
- Address parent queries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Ensure all admission documentation is complete and complies with school policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's degree preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in admissions, counseling, sales, customer relationship management, or a similar role (school experience preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/admission management software.
