We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented professionals with prior experience in hospital or diagnostics operations such as Front Desk, Reception, Marketing, or Floor Management, who are interested in building a career in Sales and Business Development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and generate business for the organization through hospitals, clinics, and corporate clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with doctors, consultants, and healthcare partners.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Identify new business opportunities and plan field marketing activities.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and report performance metrics.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hospital or diagnostics setup (Front Desk / Reception / Marketing / Floor Manager roles preferred).
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
