1. Conduct laboratory experiments for new product development and process improvements.
2. Analyze chemical reactions, interpret results, and document findings.
3. Assist in pilot trials and scale-up activities.
4. Maintain accurate records of tests and results for compliance.
5. Ensure lab safety, hygiene, and proper chemical handling.
6. Support production by resolving technical issues.
7. Collaborate with QA/QC, Production, and Marketing teams.
8. Research literature and competitor data for innovation insights.
9. Use lab software/tools to analysis and document results.
10. Comply with internal SOPs, EHS, and regulatory standards
