Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Site Supervisor to oversee elevator installation projects across Delhi NCR. The candidate will be responsible for supervising installation activities, managing site teams, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, and completing projects within the scheduled timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day elevator installation activities at project sites.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, builders, and clients for smooth execution of installation work.
- Monitor installation progress and ensure timely completion of projects.
- Guide and support installation technicians on technical and site-related issues.
- Ensure installation work is carried out as per approved drawings, technical specifications, and company standards.
- Conduct site inspections to maintain quality, safety, and compliance with project requirements.
- Verify material availability and coordinate with stores/logistics for timely delivery of materials.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports.
- Identify installation challenges and coordinate with engineering and project teams for timely resolution.
- Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at site.
- Support testing, commissioning, inspections, and project handover activities.
Required Skills
- Strong technical knowledge of elevator installation, mechanical assembly, and electrical wiring.
- Ability to read and interpret installation drawings, electrical schematics, and layout plans.
- Knowledge of elevator safety standards and installation procedures.
- Good leadership, planning, and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 3–6 years in Elevator Installation, with site supervision experience preferred.
- Qualification: ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or a related technical discipline (Mandatory).
- Must have strong technical knowledge of elevator installation and commissioning.
- Must own a two-wheeler (Bike) for site visits.
- Valid Driving License is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel across project sites in Delhi NCR or other location if required.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
