The Opportunity
We are looking for a highly ambitious professional to join the Founder's Office and work directly with the leadership team on growth, strategic partnerships, and business expansion.
This role is designed for someone who enjoys solving business problems, driving sales conversations, building relationships with enterprise customers, and executing high-impact initiatives. You will be involved in some of the company's most critical growth projects and have a direct influence on business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
GTM, Sales & Revenue Growth
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospect identification and outreach to deal closure and account expansion.
- Build and execute outbound GTM strategies across email, LinkedIn, events, referrals, and partner channels.
- Conduct discovery calls, product demonstrations, solution discussions, and commercial negotiations with prospects.
- Drive pipeline generation and ensure consistent follow-ups to maximize conversion rates.
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to strengthen Product-Led Growth (PLG) initiatives and improve user activation and conversion.
- Design and execute targeted marketing and demand-generation campaigns to create qualified pipeline.
- Develop sales playbooks, outreach strategies, messaging frameworks, and revenue growth initiatives.
- Track sales performance, funnel metrics, and customer feedback to continuously optimize GTM efforts.
- Build relationships with enterprise stakeholders, founders, CXOs, and decision-makers.
- Work closely with leadership to define revenue targets, GTM priorities, and market expansion strategies.
Founder's Office & Strategic Initiatives
- Partner directly with the founders on high-priority strategic projects and business initiatives.
- Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities with customers, ecosystem players, technology partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Support fundraising, investor relations, business presentations, and strategic communications as required.
- Drive cross-functional execution by coordinating across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success teams.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, networking forums, and customer meetings.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and strategic assessments to support business decision-making.
- Establish operating rhythms, track key business metrics, and ensure timely execution of leadership priorities.
- Take ownership of special projects across growth, operations, partnerships, and organizational development.
- Act as an extension of the founders, helping solve critical business challenges and driving execution across functions.
What We're Looking For
- B.Tech with an MBA preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, Growth, Consulting, Strategy, or Founder's Office roles.
- Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and manage stakeholder relationships.
- Strong commercial acumen and customer-facing experience.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Strong ownership mindset and bias for action.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Experience in SaaS, AI, Data, Analytics, Cloud, or Enterprise Technology is highly preferred.
