Job Description:
Sr. Field Safety officer (0-3 Year) (Diploma/BE/B Tech with Diploma in Industrial Safety from reputed institute).
Core Responsibilities:
ü Candidate shall have knowledge in Safety standard and Protocol as per National Safety Council for Solar Project Execution.
ü Should be able to conduct Tool Box Talk and issue PTW as per the requirement.
ü Should have know-how of HIRA, SWP for individual solar project activity.
ü Should have able to conduct Training, Induction, Mock Drill, Health Camp, Safety meeting, Reward& Recognition Program at site.
ü Should have knowledge in Worker Welfare, Labor License, BOCW, Factory Act for Solar Site.
ü Gate Pass and documents validation for site Entry with Covid Guideline.
ü Record log of Lagging and Leading, Near Miss parameter of Site.
ü Daily, Weekly, Monthly Site Documentation.
ü Inspection of Power tools, Vehicle, Equipment’s etc and Safety Audit of contractor.
ü Should be able to understand and implement the safety procedure.
ü First- Add certification will be added advantage.
