Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day packing and plastic production activities.
- Ensure production targets are achieved with minimum rejection.
- Monitor manpower allocation and shift planning.
- Maintain product quality as per company standards.
- Ensure proper packing, labeling, and dispatch readiness.
- Implement 5S, safety, and SOP compliance on the shop floor.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Stores departments.
- Prepare daily production and packing reports.
- Train and guide operators to improve productivity and quality.
- Control material wastage and improve process efficiency.
Eligibility
- Diploma / B.Tech / Graduate (Mechanical, Production, Plastic, or relevant field preferred)
- 2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing industry.
- Experience in plastic molding and packing operations is preferred.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹26,842.60 per month
