Service Operations Management
- Oversee daily operations of service centers within the assigned area
- The candidate should handle repair and service engineers.
- Candidate should handle South Region
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and service standards
- Candidate from Electronic Industries like LG, TCL , Xiaomi, Acer, and relevant experience
- Monitor turnaround time (TAT) and service efficiency
- Experience Should be 10 to 15 years
2. Customer Satisfaction & Experience
- Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
- Drive initiatives to improve customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores
- Ensure service quality benchmarks are consistently met
3. Service Network Management
- Manage and support authorized service centers and technicians
- Identify gaps and implement improvements in service coverage
- Appoint and onboard new service partners when required
4. Team Leadership & Training
- Train, guide, and evaluate service teams and partners
- Conduct regular performance reviews and skill development programs
- Motivate teams to achieve service KPIs
5. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track KPIs such as TAT, first-time fix rate, repeat complaints, etc.
- Prepare and present service performance reports to management
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas of improvement
6. Inventory & Spare Parts Management
- Ensure availability of spare parts across service centers
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams
- Minimize downtime due to parts unavailability
7. Compliance & Audits
- Conduct regular audits of service centers
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and legal requirements
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
