Job Summary:
Responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service to guests, maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant area, taking and serving orders, setting up tables, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience while adhering to hotel service and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests courteously.
- Take and serve food and beverage orders.
- Set up, clear, and maintain tables and service stations.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth service.
- Follow hotel SOPs and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Basic communication skills.
- Positive attitude and customer service orientation.
- Prior hospitality experience preferred; freshers may apply.
- Ability to work flexible shifts and in a team environment.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
